Otto has 22 years of experience with printing.  He went to school for printing at the Defense Mapping School in Ft. Belvoir, Virginia where he learned how to run offset presses and high speed copiers while serving in the United States Navy.  After leaving the Navy, he spent 2 years as a customer service representative for a label printing company in North Carolina, and the rest of his time has been with Copy Express.  Otto started working in the bindery department at Copy Express and worked his way up from bindery to Customer Service to Director of Sales and Marketing. He says he enjoys watching printing technology evolve. He also says that his passion for printing stems from getting to use state-of-the-art printing technology and the sense of accomplishment when he helps someone bring their printing ideas and designs to reality.  He enjoys working with his clients and has a great customer-oriented attitude.  Actively involved with the advertising and marketing community, he is currently President of AAF Lexington, the Lexington Chapter of the American Advertising Federation.   (www.aaflexington.com)  His specialties include print project estimating and consulting, paper and ink specification, direct mail, postcards, corporate identity packages, brochures, invitations, business forms, medical forms, envelopes, labels, calendars....and just about everything printed on paper!

Steve is a 1980 graduate of Western Kentucky University and has a B.S. in Business Administration.   He is married and has a daughter that attends Centre College.  After 10 years' experience in a retail management environment, Steve joined his father and brother in the family business (Copy Express) in 1990.  For the past 8 years he has served as President of Copy Express.  In his 22 years in the printing industry he has learned all aspects of the business from the ground up.  He has helped grow and develop the company by adding larger presses, high speed digital equipment, more technological capability, and talented employees.  He is very committed to detail and excellent customer service.  He is available for quoting and consulting on any printing project.

Dana Mingua joined Copy Express in 1985.  During her 27 years at Copy Express, Dana has learned numerous aspects of the business from hands-on experience. Dana began her career at Copy Express as a Customer Service Representative serving customers requiring high-volume, high quality copies and offset printing.  She started her journey in outside sales in 1998 and says this move has been the most rewarding aspect of her career.   Dana enjoys meeting with her clients in person and discussing ideas for new projects as well as managing their established printed materials. Dana strives to grow new relationships and works to build trust and secure partnerships with her customers to create a long-lasting future in business together. She prides herself on commitment to her clients’ best interests by being involved in their projects and responsive to their individual needs.

Jeff Londene has been an Account Executive with Copy Express since 2001 and has over 28 years of experience in printing.  He has dedicated most of his life to the industry and says that the fast growth of printing industry technology has made his career interesting and exciting.  Jeff started as a cutter operator in bindery at a small direct-marketing company in Lexington and moved his way into the pre-press department, shooting camera-ready art, developing negatives and exposing plates for the presses.  He wanted to learn more and trained as an apprentice running small and large offset presses.  Over the years, Jeff has worked in almost every department; customer service, estimating, project development, graphic design, consulting, mail fulfillment, inside sales and outside sales.  He has gained knowledge and experience with almost every facet of the printing business.  Jeff’s vast experiences, attention to detail and positive attitude are invaluable for helping his clients with their printing needs.
